Cornerstone's Bus Stop Registration Form

Any student that will be utilizing Cornerstone School Bus System must be registered in advance. Advanced registration is required to ensure that there is enough seating on each school bus for our students. All new and returning students riding a Cornerstone School Bus to and from school must register each school year. It is very important that you register your student(s) as soon as possible to secure his/her spot.

The deadline to submit your student's bus stop registration for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year is Friday, July 3, 2026.

Please register each student that will be using a Cornerstone School Bus. This request is for the 2026-2027 school year.

Your student must be already enrolled at Cornerstone School before completing this form online.

Please Note

#1 - This is a request and does not guarantee any student a spot. Cornerstone's School Bus Transportation Service is a privilege and is on a first come, first serve basis.

#2 - If requesting a Bus Stop for multiple students, please submit a separate online form for each student.
